President and Chief Executive Officer Akira Isshiki

After graduating from Waseda University, Akira Isshiki joined Sony Corporation, where he worked on the supply chain for televisions within the Logistics and Procurement Division. He spent the last four of his eight years at the company at Sony Europe Espana (Barcelona Plant), which was responsible for the development and manufacture of televisions for the European market. Upon returning to Japan, he joined Link and Motivation Inc., where he oversaw the training division, handling instructor training and program development while also gaining firsthand teaching experience as an instructor/facilitator. In 2010, Isshiki took part in the acquisition of PMI, a company to which he was appointed representative director. The following year, PMI expanded its business operations and changed its name to Link Event Produce Inc. Under his leadership the company tripled net sales over a four-year period. In January 2016, Isshiki was appointed president and CEO of Link Global Solution Inc.

Chief Operating Officer Tatsuo Hidaka

Chief Operating Officer Tatsuo Hidaka

Tatsuo Hidaka graduated from the University of Tsukuba and joined Link and Motivation Inc. in 2003. Following a range of responsibilities from training service sales and the launching of new business to university graduate recruiting, the restructuring of major companies and organizational human resource consulting, he was appointed executive officer of the company in 2010. Hidaka has a proven project management track record with numerous successes in such areas as major corporate restructuring, business culture transformation, corporate vision sharing, top management training, organizational diagnosis, and organizational design. In 2012, he was posted to Link Global Solution Inc. (formerly INTEC Japan Inc.) soon after its acquisition and worked on managing the post-merger integration. Hidaka was appointed executive officer of Link Global Solution in 2014, director in 2016, and COO in 2017. He currently handles global HR and organizational development consulting both in Japan and overseas with over 13 years of experience in the field. He is a visiting researcher at Waseda University's Institute for Transnational Human Resource Management and a project leader for the public-private partnership project of Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Executive Director Gareth Monteath

Executive Director Gareth Monteath

Gareth Monteath has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science (MSc) in Chinese Studies from the University of Sheffield, and earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in 2015 from the University of Manchester. Following employment at Daiwa Europe in London, he came to Japan in 1991 on the JET (Japan Exchange and Teaching) Programme. In 1994, Monteath joined INTEC Japan Inc., the predecessor of Link Global Solution Inc., and is currently Link Global Solution's executive director. Fluent in both English and Japanese, Monteath also spends more than 100 days a year leading seminars as one of the company's top instructor-facilitators. He passed Level 1 of the JETRO Business Japanese Proficiency Test and is the author of several books, including WIN-WIN Kosho-jutsu (Win-Win Negotiating Skills).

Manager, Solutions Group Kazumi Koike

Upon graduating from university, Kazumi Koike was active as an advertising production director for approximately ten years, after which she was a startup member of an HR-related venture company handling the launch of overseas business. She developed the business by building relationships with the top universities and local companies in China and elsewhere across Asia. In 2011, Koike launched the AJE (Asian Job Express) Contest, an international business contest in which top university students from six regions in Asia compete against one another, which forms the foundation of Link Global Solution Inc.'s non-Japanese recruiting consulting operations. In June 2013, she joined former business tie-up partner Link and Motivation Inc., transferring to Link Global Solution in July 2014 following group company restructuring. She now oversees recruitment consulting for non-Japanese human resources and business development in Japan and overseas.
